Good stay, minor issues
comfy bed great variety friendly staff clean room
the king room high floor was clean. the bed was comfy. the room included a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. breakfast offered a great variety. there were plenty of options, also staff were friendly and helpful.
i find no window is possible to open in the bedroom. air con doesn't go below 19, and it is not possible to get any fresh air in your bedroom. it becomes uncomfortably warm.

amazing stay!
breakfast selection clean room comfy bed
I loved how close it was to everything! the breakfast selection was awesome. I filled up every morning. plus, the rooms were really clean and the bed was super comfy. everything was just so easy and enjoyable!!!
the coffee and tea selection in the room was pretty limited. i would have loved some more options!

The location was prime. It was super convenient to walk to many attractions. being so close to the train station also made it easy to get around. i couldn't have asked for a better spot!

good variety powerful shower
The breakfast selection had a good variety and even included gf options. I chose the schar muesli. back in the room, the shower was hot and powerful and there were plenty of plugs.
an observation, not a criticism, but an extra hook would have been handy for coats, though it wasn't a big deal.

convenient location train station free breakfast room service dry towel reception response
The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to the train station. The shopping area was a short walk away too. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk to start the day.
My room was not serviced one day. I returned in the afternoon needing dry towels. Reception told me that new arrivals were prioritized. I found this response quite disappointing.

great location waffle maker
The location is great i think. the station is a ten minute walk and also the centre is a ten minute walk. breakfast had everything i needed. Full english, cereals, fruit, toast, also a waffle maker.
the windows in the room did not open at all. this made the room smell bad and hard to breathe.
